Question: What types of silver and gold metal do you use?

Answer: We use silver-plated and gold-plated metals in our work. Earring findings may be sterling silver depending on the pair. Brass charms may be used depending on the style.

Question: Where do you get your crystals from?

Answer: We are based in Houston, TX and acquire our crystals from local businesses/vendors in our area.
All crystals have been tested for authenticity.

Question: What is your Refund Policy?

Answer:
We accept Returns and Exchanges on most but not all items.
- All Returns or Exchanges must be initiated by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery date as specified by the shipping provider.
- All items must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the day we are contacted about the return or exchange.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
